Calento SL project

We developed an automated and adaptable air mixing box equipped with dampers, fans, and numerous sensors. This system provides Trigo a range of user experiences accessible through a local HMI on a control panel or via cloud access from any internet-enabled device. All our features are integrated into their solution. Trigo opted to fully outsource the project to our OEM services for assembling the initial prototype.

Industrial computer manufacturing line automation

We designed a highly customized manufacturing panel that includes an Ethernet network switch, Digital I/O board, RS485 test board, controlled LED, and an Edge HMI. This HMI manages all components, offers a custom Ui, facilitates cloud connectivity, and gathers trending data. Neptronic enlisted our OEM service for the design and development of software, Ui, and cloud features as part of the project outsourcing.

Project AC1 and AC2

We crafted a highly customized control panel featuring a customized fan wall controller that utilizes multiple network protocols like BACnet on IP, ModBUS on MSTP, and BACnet on MSTP. Additionally, we designed and produced customized Edge HMI hardware and software tailored specifically to ACI’s requirements. ACI entrusted us with 100% of the project outsourcing.

The Zoning project

We created a management system to oversee a zoning system consisting of RTU and VAV units, as well as other HVAC components capable of BACnet IP or MSTP communication. Additionally, we developed a BACnet support tool and network diagnostic app. Neptronic entrusted us with the entire project.
